Not exactly; for there to be a comparison between black beads and red beads, one of them has to be set to 100%. It’s not the whole 660 beads that’s 100%.

Because based on the model diagram, each of those similar units must have a value of 40%, so that the black beads make up 60% of the total number of beads and the red beads make up 40% of the total number of beads.

Note that this means that there are 60 units of black beads and 40 units of red beads. As we know it, 60 units of black beads is not 20% more than 40 units of red beads.
