Mr Wong bought 3 1/2 kg of chicken and used 2 2/3

So,

3 1/2 - 2 2/3 = 21/6 - 16/6 = 5/6 kg left

He gave 4/7, so he is left with 3/7

So,
3/7 x 5/6 = 5/14 kg of chicken left
