A full 360 degrees of rotation of the minute hand occurs every one hour when the minute hand moves one round.
There are four right angles in one round, corresponding to 60 minutes.
60 minutes = 4 right angles
15 minutes = 1 right angle
45 minutes = 3 right angles
I have included the diagram where the minute hand starts from “12” and moves towards “9”.
