Each boy had 255/3 = 85 stamps at the end.
3/8= 15/40
1/5= 8/40
1 – 15/40 – 8/40 =17/40
17/40 units = 85
1/ 40 unit = 5
15 /40 units = 5 x 15 = 75
Number of stamps Benny had at first = 85 -75 = 10
8/40 = 5 x 8 = 40
Number of stamps Charles had at first = 85 – 40 =45
Difference in number of stamps = 45 – 10 =35
