Thanks! I’m wondering if the one in the past (inferred from “not again”) equals to the one an hour ago (inferred from “ i had dropped...)

The not again refers to that she dropped it two times probably one in the past which wasnt mentioned and she dropped it also now because it will be a most appropiate time to say not again! The one on had is simple Had=to past tense meaning she had dropped her phone in the past too which wasnt mentioned
