1 roll with 200cm can get 6 pieces of 30cm
(200/30= 6 pieces + balance 20cm waste)
6 pieces —> 1 roll
48 pieces —-> 8 roll
Another 2 pieces need another 1 roll.
Therefore, the least number of rolls of cloth that Sam needs to buy = 9 rolls.
