It should look like this. Of course, this is a photo so there is no way I can draw to make the length look exactly 7 cm from your view.

We begin by drawing a line QR of length 7 cm.

Since angle PQR is 100 deg, we draw an angle at Q to be 100 deg from the tip of Q. We then draw a line in this direction.

Since angle QRP is 37 deg, we draw an angle at R to be 37 deg from the tip of R. We then draw another line in this direction.

Where the two lines touch each other, that is point P of the triangle.
