Percentages and fractions are very similar!
Same procedure as finding fraction of his salary spent on rent,
400 ÷ 1600 = 0.25 (Note that 0.25 is equal to ¼)
Converting to Percentage, we multiply by 100,
0.25 × 100 = 25%
