The formula for volume of pyramid is:
⅓ x (base area) x (height)

The base is a right-angled triangle, so its area is:
½ x (base) x (height)
= ½ x 4 x 7
= 14 m²

Hence, the volume of pyramid is:
⅓ x 14 x 5
= 23.3 m³ (3 s.f.)
