From 6.8 to 6.9, the value increased by 0.1. There are also 5 lines from 6.8 to 6.9. Therefore, each line is (0.1/5) = 0.02. So to find value of Z, add 0.02 from 6.8 till you reach Z OR subtract 0.02 from 7.1 till you reach Z.
