By next half hour,
Answered : Unanswered : Total Questions
7 : 3 : 10

Note that the total questions should be the same for both instance. Hence we multiply the first set of ratio by 2 so that it becomes as follows,

Answered : Unanswered : Total Questions
4 : 6 : 10

Once the units of the Total Qns are the same, we can compare the 2nd set of ratio, with the 3rd set of ratio. We can also see that the units of Answered Qns have reduced by 3.

Therefore, 15 questions are represented by 3 units. 1 unit is 5. Total Qns is 10 units, 50 questions.
