$83 = 83/4.20 = 19 set of 4 tarts Remainder $3.20
19 sets =19x4.20 = $79.80
Remainder = 83-79.80 = $3.20
19 set of 4 = 19 x4 = 76 tarts
$3.20 can buy 2 tart remainder $0.40
The most number Sonia can buy = 76+2 = 78 tarts.
