Good evening Candice! Here are my working for this question.

The last one is tricky, but it follows that after the vector a drawn in the rectangle, the final point must be the midpoint of one diagonal because b and -b are the same vector with the same length but in opposite directions.

If a, b and -b have the same length, the shape must be a rectangle.
