The lengths linked by the arrows are the same.
If you cut them fromone side and transfer to the other side, you'll realise the combined lengths equal the total height of 2 tables.
1½m + 1 1/10 m
= 1 5/10 m + 1 1/10m
= 2 6/10 m
= 2 3/5 m
This is the height of 2 tables.
1 table
= 2 3/5m ÷ 2
= 2 6/10 m ÷ 2
= 1 3/10 m
