y = a + b/x can be written as y = b(1/x) + a, which is in the form of Y = mX + c. So compute the 1/x values and plot the points for axis y against axis 1/x. From there, draw the best fit line. You should see that one of the points is an outlier. As m = b and c = a, you should get your answers. Cheers!
