Hi,

Both are simple questions on ratios.

For question 1,
The key learning point is that ratios have to be of the same units before they can be compared with each other.

For question 2, the key learning point is to find the common multiple of the ratios and try to find a way to manipulate it to get your final answer. Another learning point is that when you divide or multiply ratios, the entire ratio is affected.
