Good evening Candice! Here are my workings for this question.

Remember to check that the fraction is proper before performing the partial fractions.

The modulus sign after integration is covered during the A Levels. In O Levels, you can just put ordinary brackets. The modulus is just for completeness before the respective expression to be integrated is valid for all x other than -3 and 2, whereas the ln after the integration only allows positive values of x (and hence ln |x| covers the negative parts of x).
