Like i bring the power to the front ...
sin2(x/3) =
2sin(x/3)(-cos(x/3)) =
-2sin(x/3)
I brought the power 2 to the front then i integrate sin -> -cos
sin2(x/3) =
2sin(x/3)(-cos(x/3)) =
-2sin(x/3)

For trig you can integrate sin, cos and sec². Anything else you see you'll have to use your trig identities and convert them sin, cos, sec².
