Can i clarify...respiratory sys include gullet? Option (4) has D which i thought is incorrect cos gullet is not part of that sys?

It’s part of both respiratory system and digestive system as it carries both air and food :)
windpipe connects the nose to the lungs (respiratory system)
oesophagus (or gullet) connects the mouth to the stomach (digestive system)
oesophagus (or gullet) connects the mouth to the stomach (digestive system)
You have a rather big misconception by saying that the gullet carries both air and food. Refer to Snell's comment. They are two different parts.
