The letter Z does not qualify as having a line of symmetry (but it does have a rotational symmetry, not sure if you have learnt rotational symmetry in Pri 6).
Letter E has one line of symmetry, this being the horizontal line passing through the centre line.
Letter S does not have a line of symmetry (but it does have a rotational symmetry).
Letter T has one line of symmetry, this being the vertical line passing through the centre of T.
There are 2 lines of symmetry in total.
