I'm not sure if my answers are right but I will have a go at it
a) Oil prevents water from being absorbed by the bird's feathers, keeping them dry and allowing the bird to fly away after catching the fish
b) This behaviour reduces air resistance and allows bird W to fly with greater ease
c) Sharp claws
