Structural adaptation means any changes to the physical aspect of the animal. In this 4 scenarios, wolves having sharp teeth and eagles having claws is a physical change which helped these animals to gain an added advantage.
Polar bears and camels hiding is not a physical thing, it's more of behavorial (hence, 3/4 is wrong).
With options 1 and 2 left, we can see that eagles having sharp eyes is a physical (structural) adaption. And that the wolves hunting in group is more of a behavioral adaptation.
