Assume distance to be d
Find out how much ahead the coach is before the car starts moving @ 0718 = d/10
Compare the difference of speed between the car and coach.
d/4 - d/5 = d/20
Hence the car will catch up at d/20 per hour, so it will take 2 hours to catch up d/10 = 2d/20.
Therefore two hours after the car starts at 0718 means the answer is 0918
