value will always be 1 if the log(e.g. log₃3) base(from e.g. ₃) = argument (from e.g. 3)
and if the argument of the log is 1, e.g log₇1 value will be 0
and if the argument of the log is 1, e.g log₇1 value will be 0

side note : lg 10 is also log₁₀10
