Hi G, your formula is correct. Radius for inner circle is 9. Diameter of outer circle is 27. Perimeter has to include straight lines. Perimeter is you have to add up all the lines, cannot minus. If the answer ask for 2 decimal places, your working has to be 3 decimal places.
