Each packet or wtv has 24 of the thingys you need, but you need 395 in total, so you buy 16 packets of the thingys, but that onky gives you 384 thingys, you're short of 11, so to make up, you buy another packet. So ta da, you need 17 packets of thingys. :) hope this helped
