We must do a backward approach to solve this problem.
Li Qin and Nadia must have had 180 buttons each at the end.
Before that, Li Qin gave away 1/4 of her buttons to reach 180 buttons left. This means that 3/4 of Li Qin's buttons = 180 buttons, so Li Qin had 240 buttons before this give-away while Nadia had 120 buttons.
Before Nadia had 120 buttons and Li Qin had 240 buttons, Nadia had given away 1/5 of her buttons.
This means that 4/5 of Nadia's buttons = 120 buttons, so Nadia had 150 buttons at the start.
