Something like this.

First we must locate the position of the image. We know that the distance from the object to the mirror is the same as the distance from the image to the mirror.

Then from the eye, we draw two straight lines (one coming from the top of the eye, one coming from the bottom of the eye), both towards the tip of the image arrow (as the question asks it, the question wants the tip).

The two drawn lines will cut the mirror at two different points. We connect the position of the original arrow to each of these two different points. Finally, the direction of the rays points towards the eye.
