Ans is knee-jerk.
This is known as the reflex arc as the name suggest only happens as a reflex where it goes from sensory to spinal cord and to effector without going to the brain( allow for faster reaction). Knee jerk is where a blow on tendon below the knee cause a kick action ( reflex)
