the answer to this question is that point T will have to lie outside the circle on the side of Z. Looking at the above diagram, we can see that any angle formed with X and W that lies on the circumference on the circle ( represented by angles a and b ) will be 30°. This is because they are angles in the same segment as angle XYW which is 30°. As such, for the angle to be smaller than 30°, the angle has to lie outside the circumeference of the circle as that will require the angles formed at points W and X to become larger, making angle XTW smaller than 30°.
