Draw out model of the outcome after J has given B.

Notice if you ignore the 40 B has more than K, there are 5 units of equal amount.

Find how much is each unit:
5units = 360-40 =320
1unit = 320 ÷ 5 = 64

So J now has 64 but before he gave B,
64+28= 92
J had 92 at the beginning.
