Part (a): Change the denominator to the same. Take the total and minus Australia and China to get the units of Singapore and Malaysia. Since both countries have the same stamp, divide it by 2. Therefore 8.5 units is 799.
Part (b) : I'm not sure about the answer but basically, what I'm doing is matching the denominator with what aunty May has given.
