1) Get the circumference of the two bigger sectors ADFH & BCEG.
2) Get the length of the radius of the sectors.
3) Find the length of each shaded area with the above information.
The length of ABCD = EFGH
Therefore the length of the 3 shaded area = length of ODF + 2x(length of ABCD)
