Can I just say that this is not a proof? The top right section of the page you are simply fitting the formula to the terms after identifying them.
This needs to be done by first identifying which term in the arithmetic (increment of 3) series it is, and then applying the AP formula for Nth term in the AP.
Not by observing the pattern and showing that oh the value of n increases in this particular formula. It is not mathematically sound.
