Assume you have already completed part a.
(I) Draw and connect vector b to the end of vector 3a. Vector 3a+b will have it’s starting point at the start of vector 3a and ends at vector b.
(Ii) Draw and connect vector -2b to the end of vector a. Vector a-2b will have it’s starting point at the start of vector a and ends at vector -2b
(I) Draw and connect vector b to the end of vector 3a. Vector 3a+b will have it’s starting point at the start of vector 3a and ends at vector b.
(Ii) Draw and connect vector -2b to the end of vector a. Vector a-2b will have it’s starting point at the start of vector a and ends at vector -2b
