a) Find the difference between Sunday and Monday first.
Then to calculate the %, divide the difference by the rainfall for Sunday which is 11m and times 100% to find the overall percentage increase.
b) Find the difference between Tuesday and Monday.
Divide the difference by the rainfall for Monday which is 13 m and times 100% to find the overall percentage decrease.
