Why is it 3.13? Can you explain?
If I want use the arc length of circle, PQ will be 9.826

If you want to use s = r (titer)
You need to change the degree 56.3 to radian first
180 degree is 1 rad
56.3 degree is 1/180*56.3 = 0. 313.

S=10 * 0.313= 3.13

Both methods degree or radian gives you the same answer.

I'm using this method
56.3/180 x pie = 0.9826 rad
Is it correct?
