When you do inverse, ignore the negative sign, you only need to find the basic angle first. From there using the ASTC to determine which quadrant it lies in. Eg when sin is negative, it lies in the bottom two quadrants, which you need to use 180 to add to the basic or use 360 to minus the basic angle
