I think that the ans is B. Sry Im wrong because my physics are not good.
Reason I choose B is because hydrogen gas is a state of gas which its particles expands faster hence having a heavier mass. But mercury is liquid state which it's particles expands slower as compared to gas ( you will learn this in sec 2)
