hi,thank you for answering , but i still have some doubt regarding this , how did that -15/16 became positive?
negative change means decrease, positive change means increase.
As I labelled the percentage as "percentage DECREASE", cannot indicate the negative sign anymore.
Unless I labelled it as "percentage CHANGE", then -15/16 would be used.
