Why is it you wrote 300% on friday even after it says Friday is only 200%? I am confused. Pls explain
Question says "increases BY 200%", not "increases TO 200%".
"by" means add another 200% to get final value;
"to" means final value is 200%.
"by" means add another 200% to get final value;
"to" means final value is 200%.
