Using a ruler, measure the bottom line to be 3 cm. Then, using a protractor, put the middle of it to be on the line ST, such that the middle would be on point T. Measure out 130 degrees using the protractor and mark it at the top. From there, connect that point to T by drawing a line. After that, measure 5 cm from T and make a marking at the 5 cm mark, that would be point U. Erase any excess if there is. After that, connect U and S to form your triangle.
