We know that the radius of the largest circle is 12cm. Distance a = distance b, distance c = distance d. From P to R and distance a gives you 12 cm. Likewise, from P to Q and distance c gives you 12 cm. Therefore, perimeter PQR = 12 + 12 = 24 cm
