Use HCF as the basic model, LCM is premium model with the best features (all factors and greatest power).

I decided to make N the greater number with additional factors to satisfy the LCM provided for M and N.

LCM is missing factors 7 and 23 so k has to be 7×23 but with powers of 2 to be a perfect square.
