30% is the same as 30/100 which is 3/10 simplified
70% = 7/10 with the logic above
3/7 of remainder is yellow, meaning the rest is red which is
1 - 3/7 = 4/7.
4/7 OF remainder is red, 4/7 x 7/10 (remainder) = 4/10 (the fraction of red to the whole pole, not to the remainder anymore)
since 4/10 is red
10/10 = 420cm
1/10 = 420/10 = 42
4/10 = 42 x 4 = 168cm, or 1m 68cm.
