2/1 a = 3/1 b
Since 2/1 of a = 3/1 of b, you can make the numerator the same in order to compare both.
6/3 of a = 6/2 of b, after making them the same numerator, their respective denominator will be their ratio.
So a:b = 3:2
Do the same for the second part.
