Pointers:
1) Know how many numbers are in the pattern
2) Know the sum of the numbers in the pattern
3) Treat the pattern as one set.
4) Use division to determine how many sets there are in 118 numbers.
5) Use multiplication to find the sum of the number of sets, then find the sum of the remaining numbers which don't make up the full set
