Notice that the degree of numerator < degree of denominator. So this is a proper fraction and we can go about to partial fraction. The numerator cannot be factorised via cross method. So we proceed to partial fraction.
There are x and x^2 - 3 factors. So partial fraction will be in the form of
A/x + (Bx + C)/(x^2-3).
