Each round → 0.4km = 400m
5 rounds → 400m x 5 = 2000m
∴ Average speed = 2000m ÷ 10min
= 200m/min
5 rounds → 400m x 5 = 2000m
∴ Average speed = 2000m ÷ 10min
= 200m/min
