Think they use volume of box = 54×54×24 = 69984
Volume of block B= 5×9×24 = 1080
Then 69984÷1080 = 64.8 so their answer = 64. but block B cannot fit exactly into length of 54, The most can fit is 10 pieces at side of 54.

Ya. But I also guess either 60 or 64. But teacher’s answer is 64.
Please clarify with your teacher. In reality, it can only fit 60 pieces of block B.
